Gusto Caledon is looking for a confident and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our front-of-house leadership team. This role is ideal for someone with strong hospitality skills, hands-on bartending experience, and a passion for Italian cuisine and elevated dine-in service.

Requirements:

Previous restaurant supervisory or lead server experience.
Full bartending experience required (cocktails, wine, full bar service).
Italian-based dine-in restaurant experience required.
Strong leadership, communication, and guest-service skills.
Ability to multitask in a busy service environment.
Flexible availability (evenings, weekends).
Smart Serve certification.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily FOH operations and lead the team during service.
Deliver excellent guest experiences.
Support staff training and performance.
Step in for bartending and floor support as needed.
Handle guest concerns professionally.
Assist with opening/closing duties.
